Viewing Binary data in SQL*PLUS

hi all,

when i select a table to view the content, i received an error which i shown below.

SP2-0678: Column or attribute type can not be displayed by SQL*Plus

the error seems that the binary data cannot be view thru SQL PLUS.

do anybody have idea to solve this issue.
