Viewer has 2 null values at the end of parameter LOV,,,can we remove them ?

I have a report which has around 30 parameters.
Our Datawarehouse is still being built so we do have a lot of data quality issues.
Having said that..
At the end of the List Of Values of each parameter i see u blank values(Null) as shown below.

NULL

'________'

The user is able to select them and move them to the right (selcted values for the parameter) and run the report also.
I even did a DECODE to show empty spaces or null's as "NULL".
"NULL" also appears as a value in the LOV.
Since our Database is still going through changes users are confused when they see these empty spaces at the end of each LOV .
Can we do something in this regard so that they wont appear and reduce confusion for the users ??
