How to view the SR opened by another person in our company. One of my DBA has opened a service request and I could not find the service details in the MOS. Is this visible only to the person opened?
I tried using Service Requests tab ---> Search by SR : ********************* ( I have the SR number with me)
How to view the SR ? does it visible other person in MOC until the support team recognizes the request?
