Can anyone explain what the significance of the THINK_TIME column is on this view and what unit it is measured - e.g. is it whole seconds.

I have a an application which has very poor response time on our new live server (it is empty apart from this application) in fact the same application is far more respnsive on our UAT server. The elapsed_time figures are similar between the two servers but the think_time figures are far higher on the live server.
