VHD is not opening in Oracle virtual box

Hello Everyone,

I have made VHD of my physical server using Disk2vhd software. I am trying to open that VHD in Oracle Virtual box it is not opening. It is giving error.

My target server is Windows Server 2008R2 where I have installed Oracle Virtual box,In physical server having 14GB RAM is there, I have allocated upto 9GB RAM to guest OS but it is not opening, only blue screen coming.

When i am trying to open the VHD in Oracle Virtual box only the blue screen coming.
