VGP v.2.1.1 v.s. VGP v.2.0.1

Hi all,

Is there any requirements or restrictions for JavaCard v.2.2.1 that this version can be with only VGP v.2.1.1 not VGP v.2.0.1?
I'm developing VGP card and I'm wondering if I can develop the VGP v.2.0.1 with JavaCard v.2.2.1.

Also, if you can explain me why VGP v.2.1.1 is better than VGP v.2.0.1, it will be greatly help me. I review the revision history on GP v.2.1.1 specification, but I can't catch what's the benefit of VGP v.2.1.1.
