Vertical scroll bar missing in Analysis Section(OBIEE 11.1.1.7.1)

It's been recently found that the SSO authenticated users(from EBS R12.1.3) are not getting any vertical scroll bars to select the columns from the subject area on the firefox browser ver (31.1.1 ESR). When logged in as weblogic the scroll bars do appear back on the subject area section (left pane on Analysis/Answers), and this has been tested with multiple users across different laptops across the environment. Pls share your experience and possible work-around if you have faced similar issues with OBIEE 11.1.1.7.1 version.
