vertical-align in tabular form table cell?

666835May 4 2010 — edited May 4 2010
I've got a tabular form with insert, update, delete.

The form has the MRD delete-checkboxes first, then a textfield and then the third column is a textarea.
As the textarea is 5 rows high the hight of the rows are rather large and the checkbox and the textfield are vertically centered in their cells. I'd like them both to be aligned along the upper edge of the cell.

In the column attributes for the textfield I've tried setting the "Element atrtibutes" to

style="vertical-align:top;”

but nothing happens (I've also tried putting it in "Element option attributes" but no change.
In column attributes for the checkboxes there are no "Element atrtibutes" or "Element option attributes" at all...

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
