Version of ODP.Net

Hi All,
Can someone help me with the query to find out the version of ODP.Net installed on my system? Or is it that if the version of the Oracle Client installed on my system is 10.2.0.4, ODP.Net would also be of the same version.

Another query, i was trying to find out if i need to upgrade my ODP.Net if my database undergoes a patch upgrade from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4? And if i need to, what is the version that I would need to download from the http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/visual-studio/downloads/index.html link? This is because I do not see any ODAC components for 10.2.0.4. The last that i see is 10.2.2.21? So shall i go for the next one i.e. Oracle 11g ODAC 11.1.0.6.21?

Please advice.
