Given the lack of response from the company in this forum and the evidence from the number of views on similar topics, it's clear that version 24.2 is not happening, and we should wait for new or unexpected updates.
I hope they reconsider the support duration for released versions and eventually shift from releasing new versions every 6 months to a maximum of every 2 years.
