Version 22.2.1.234.1810, problem with AddVMOption -Dsqldev.savepasswd

Have done some testing with 22.2.1.234.1810 and have noticed that “AddVMOption -Dsqldev.savepasswd=false” in sqldeveloper.conf does not work.

It is still possible to Save Password in connections.

I use the same AddVMOption in 21.4.3.063.0100 and here I cannot Save Password as intended.

How do I solve the issue "Prevent developers Save Password in 22.2.1.234.1810 ?
