Verify Ovelapping postal code

Hi

I have a tabel with struct below

cd_strut     number(6),
postal_ini   number(8) 
postal_fim   number(8)

   for a strut (eg 16 or 4) I must to verify if  a range exists in other struct
  
  
examples

 CD_STRUT     POSTAL_INI      POSTAL_FIM
    7         10000000        12000000
    8         12000001        20000000
    9         20000001        30000000
  10          30000001        40000000
  11          30000500        30000600
  12          25000000        35000000
[/pre]

    In examples above  (cd_strut 11 and 12) are in overlapping
	
  I must to show what are CD_STRUCT  with overlapping
