Veridata Run Repair Job Error

Hello community,

I am using Oracle Golden Gate Veridata to align an Oracle 10g on Windows Server 2003 R2 to an Oracle 12c on Red Hat 7.2.

I managed to install and configure veridata correctly, and the comparison job ended correctly. When I tell the Run Repair job to start, the gives me the followinf error message:

Application Error:

The server was unable to process your request, please contact your system administrator for more information.

I noticed that when I go in the "repair jobs" menu, my job is there, but in "pending" status.

How do I start it? Am I doing something wrong?
