VDI 3 idel time out

Using VDI 3

When a user is logged into a VM through a sunray and working right along they are automaticaly kicked out at the end of the idle timeout setting in the cloning settings and the machine is recycled.

If I set the idle time to 3 minutes they are kicked out after three minutes. If I set the idle timeout to one hour they are kicked out after an hour.

Why is the recylcing happening while the VM is in use and not "idle"? This has me really stumped.
