/var/tmp/.oracle

Hello,

I know the files in /var/tmp/.oracle are supposed to be purged when the Linux OS is boot.  I have a few questions on this directory that I am still unclear on after reading the manuals:

  1. What is the correct way (commands and steps) to manually clean this directory?
  2. What should the Linux OS permissions be on it?
  3. Are there any hard or soft links that should exist for it?  If so, please show how they should be properly created.

Thanks,

Michael
