Vanilla object structure and reletionship for Siebel's Complaint process.

Hi all,

We have seibel eautomotive implementation. In that Complaint utility has been enabled. We have a requirement for reporting on complaint through OBIEE. To get it done we require a star schema structure for the same. if any one of you have worked on this then please let me know is vanilla mappings, RPD star schema structure present for this.
