Hi guys, I have HFM 11.1.2.4
Recently we started checking historical periods and there is something a bit strange with an specific account
The account is Equity, in our app the code for that account is 3, and it has several children, 31, 32, 33 etc. the base members have 6 digits
On this historical month I was checking and the [Elimination] node for the account 3 had a value of let's say 100, however none of it's children have any value so I don't understand why the roll up is showing 1000 when it should be zero.
I already checked and there are no rules affecting that account, everything is directed towards the base members
I don't know the full history of the application and my first guess was that an account with some value was deleted from theĀ EPMA, so I consolidated again but the value didn't change.
I then opened the SQL Developer and ran a query on the table "DCN_1_2014", and found the exact value that is showing on the account 3, it comes from a children (3999) however this children is also a parent so it shouldn't have a value on the DB table if I'm correctly (however it's my first time checking BD tables).
If a base member has to be changed to a parent member I remembered seeing somewhere that the base member had to be deleted first and then the account could be recreated with it's new children (again I'm not sure this is what happened in this app), If this was the case shouldn't HFM had deleted all the records for this old 3999 account ??
Is there any other way that this could've happened ?? Why is there a "ghost" value on the parent account ??
Thanks in advanced, any help would be highly appreciated
