value too large for column

Hi ,

I got this error with date column while import but the table desc is same in PROD and non PROD. Please let me know how we can face this problem with date column when table sesc is same.

And also let me know how Datapump generate dumpfile . I have given parallel 4 but 2 dump file generated only.
