Value Place Holder of Column in Interactive Grid

Hello Again Community,

I'm Using APEX 19.2, Google Chrome, Oracle DB 12c

I'm Looking to use Value Place Holder for some Columns in an IG

I've got a value in the Section 'Enter If Known' Column is Product Number

Is there a way for the Value Place Holder to be Initialized or Seen on Page Load without having to click into the Column; ?

Blank on Page Load

It Only Shows Place Holder Value When you Click into the Column
