Validate Address using UPS API in ADF

Jdev 11.1.1.7

I need to validate the Address provided in the field using UPS API's

User enters the address and on the click of next a popup is expected which asks user to validate the address(the way it happens in Amazon or any ecommerce website). if user says ok these fields are supposed to be updated with UPS provided address.

I know that UPS provides WS or the same but what is the exact way to integrate those validation in ADF project?
