V210 Memory Upgrade question in a SIngle CPU box

Hi

This Sunfire V210 box has a Single CPU .
The second CPU socket is empty.

There is a Total of 8 ( 4 and 4 ) Memory slots in V210.

Can I populate all the 8 Memory slots with 1GB rams
and avail all that (1GB x8 ) = 8GB ram on the system

Or I am limited to only to the 4GB only, since I have only 1 CPU

Could any one clarify ,
