V$RMAN_BACKUP_JOB_DETAILS and output_device_type

Oracle RDBMS 10.2.0.4 with RMAN

When reviewing V$RMAN_BACKUP_JOB_DETAILS is see 'DB FULL' entries with a null output_device_type with an elapsed time of something very short.

I'm sure at that time there was not an RMAN full backup done through our RMAN jobs. Does anyone know what this means? How far back does information in this view remain? I have stuff in there from 43 days ago even though my recovery window is 14 days and my control_file_record_keep_time is 15.
