v$parameter

Hi,

How i can grant select on v$parameter to a user;

I Try to user normal grant but it's not working.

SQL> grant select on V$Paramter to dphq
grant select on V$Paramter to dphq_dpc
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
