utl_http: https and a proper wallet -> still a ORA-29263

Hi,

i'm trying to set up a communication with 2 different providers (dutch government) We do a lot https with utl-http so i'm prety handy at wallets etc...

first one works fine (off course with a proper wallet with the 3 CA certificates)
https://was-preprod1.digid.nl/was/server?request=

the second however throws the ORA-29263 error:
https://acc1zoekdienst.overheid.nl/BMPushServices/BMPushService.asmx/PushBMContent
(this one should give you a HTTP:401, because it needs authentication)

Both urls use exactly the same CA certificates, so i created an empty wallet with just these 3 in it.. to be sure not having other disturbing issues.... (i tried also adding the certificate of the url itself and various ways to get the certificates: download from the url with save as, download from the CA's etc etc...)

As a last resort i tried with curl, wich also needs a wallet to verify the certificats and that sadly seems to work....

In the application we can not use curl so.....: please any one ?!!

Henrie
