UTL_FILE vs SPOOL

Hi,

I have doubt .. If I want to load data from a table into flat file, UTL_FILE or SPOOL option.. which is the better option to take.. Is there any constraints in using any of them ?

If am running the script in unix server side..

Could anyone please help me in this ?
