UTL_FILE dir on two nodes DB Tier and Apps Tier

Hi All,

I have shell script that generates data file in utl_file dir. I am unable to see generated file in Apps Tier when file is generated in DB Tier.
I need help in transferring data file generated in DB Tier(/usr/tmp) to Apps Tier(/usr/tmp).
somebody please help me how to get file from DB Tier to Apps Tier. what are the possible steps here..
