UTL_FILE and NLS_LANG setting

Hello Experts.

I have set NLS_LANG as KOREAN_KOREA.KO16MSWIN949.

When i run my sql , it properly displaying korean characters and after spooling also , the spooled file contained proper korean characters.
But within same sessionm when i executed a package which internally calls UTL_FILE and writes same data to a file, korean characters were not proper.
What could be the reason and what i have to do to fix this.
