UTF8 - NLS Lan info

Hi

I'm somewhat confused about the LANG variable...

I have set up

export LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
export LC_ALL=en_GB.UTF-8

But I also need to add the NLS_LANG variable, but dont know what to set here for the UK

Installed on Redhat 5.4 and Oracle 11g r1

Any suggestions
