UTC to local Time consider Daylightsavings

Hello,

I have to convert UTC time (stored as NUMBER in seconds) to local time. I have to show e.g. Arrival Times of the next Day. I'm searching for a solution that automatically considers the switch to Daylight Saving Time and back.

E.g. Today standard Time - Arrival tomorrow at 10:30 at Daylight Saving Time. So I have to show 10:30 and not 9:30 what happpens when I calculate today. Time is stored as UTC in format NUMBER in seconds.
