using "wget" to download fails

trying to d/l using linux utility "wget" from http://download-west.oracle.com/otn/linux/oracle9i/9201/lnx_920_disk1.cpio.gz

I'm on a dialup and wget is the best way for me to download large files as browser based download utilities can be very error prone and my dialup connnection can be a bit flaky with heavy traffic.

Is there a way that I can use wget to download the three files needed? Else, is there a way to get a CD of the program files?
