using utl_mail.send_attach_raw package

Hi all. I'm on devsuite 10g and I have 10g DB.
I have developed a form using a simple mail. Now I want to attach file that is on client machine.
I'm studying send_attach_raw of utl_mail package. My problem / question is: is there a way to attach a client file wothout saving it into the DB??
