using tomcat server in netbeans IDE

Hi,
I have to run an java enterprise application on tomcat server. i'm using netbeans IDE 6.5 and tomcat server 5.5.17. I have added the tomcat server to the IDE, but whenever I try to run my project, the glassfish server starts and my project fails to run. I want to use tomcat server 5.5 or 6.0 as the default or target server for my project. How to configure netbeans to have tomcat as default or target server? Please help me to set this. Thanks in advance.
