E-Business Suite

I have a list of sales opportunities. I want to be able to filter on the criteria in three different fields.

For example, I want to take a list of all opps and only display opps that:

1. begin with the 5 same characters AND
2. have one of two entries in the Priority field (High OR Medium) AND
3. are not in LOST or WON sales stage.

I can build the correct filter but I never get the right results. Here is the filter.

Is CRM on Demand not able to do this or am I doing something wrong?
