Using the EXP command to export a list of tables from a text file

HI

I am using the EXP command to export a selection of tables which could be over 100 and I am using the tables parameter as below TABLES=SBEDIAUD,CE090001,CE091002,CE091004,CE091006,.........

I am running this on Windows and this parameter is to long for the tables command. Is there anyway I can pass in a text file containing a list of all the tables that I wish to export?
