Using SQL Loader in SQL Developer to Import

I'm trying to import a .ctl and .ldr file from within SQL Developer using the import Wizard. I can't get past the data preview part, it gives me an error saying that .ldr is not a compatible file type.

I can export using loader to get .ctl and .ldr files. But I see no way of importing those withing SQL Developer.
