Using REST API, get users who have a specified manager on Fusion

Hi,
Is there any REST call that will get all users who have manager 'X'.
The workflowUsers (/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workflowUsers) one says it offers it (q: string ManagerName; string; Name of the manager of the workflow user.) but this returns all users e.g.
/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workflowUsers/?q=ManagerName eq smithj
...returns all users, even ones who don't have smithj as their manager (the ManagerName field returned is someone different)
If there are any other calls or ways to get a list of users who have a certain manager or if I'm calling this the wrong way, please let me know.
