Using .pfx + passphrase to call a web service that needs authentication

Hi experts,

We're using Apex 24.1 and we have the requirement of calling a government webservice that requires authentication with a SSL certificate.

We can call it from Postman correctly by defining the .pfx and passprase here:

How could we do the same calling APEX_WEB_SERVICE package?
