using ODBC with dreamweaver

I am using Oracle 9.2 and the latest ODBC driver on W2000 server. I used to have the Windows standard Oracle driver, I can put a recordset in my web page (ASP) successfully. When I access the web page using IE, it always says ODBC driver error. Then I downloaded the latest ODBC driver from Oracle and this time it's even worst. I can create a link sucessfully but when I click into the tables tab, there are no tables!!! I can't even put a recordset onto the web page. Why?? Wrong driver???
