Using Non-APPS schema with Oracle Apps Adapter

Hi,

My requirement is to consume a business event using Oracle Apps Adapater via a Non Apps Schema.
I am using soa suite 11g version 11.1.1.5

I followedd the steps in the below blog.

I see the below error in SOA_SERVER1 logs.

Message ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Can you please suggest me on what grant is missing.
This is very very urgent.Pls help!
