Using maps offline in ADF Application

Hi,

I am using Jdeveloper 12.1.3.0.0.

I want to use the maps offline in my application, because my application will be used only in intranet (not on the web or internet). Is there any way of using that?

Secondly,

I want to use the maps as interactive components, like first I will show some regions in my country, and if user click on some specific region, so action should happen (i.e. open some popup to show information).

Is it possible to do that?

Please help!
