Using keyboard-interactive authentication.~~~Problem

Hello,

I hv installed linux versn 5 on my VMWARE.The Guest OS pinging that linux properly but I cant able to connect the session through putty.Its showing the error...

"Using keyboard-interactive authentication." Its the first time login.
So what exactly step do I need to do.Please help.
