Using JDeveloper with Subversion?

Hi! I have JDeveloper 10.1.3.3.0. I am trying to use JDeveloper with Subversion. I use Subversion SVNKit 1.1.1. I want to know what Subversion client software I need to download and where? I need additional Java helper library? If yes, where to get it, plz help!
