Using javax for sound instead of javafx

We are running Forms and Reports 12.2.1.19.0 and would like to play sounds as a form of user feedback within the module.

The recommended way with javafx libraries works, but there is a strong desire to do it without Javafx.

Is multimedia functionality within "Oracle Forms" at all supported using only “javax”?
