Using iReport(Jasper reports) in JDeveloper

Hi, all.
Using JDeveloper 10.1.3.3. mainly for ADF BC apps.
My goal is to double click jasper file in JDeveloper project, and open it with iReport.
I added iReport as External tool to JDeveloper (Tools -> External tools...), and I added filetype with .jasper extension.Can someone please help me with further steps?
