using GO_ITEM in WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger

Hello,

Can anybody please help me finding the code to use GO_ITEM in WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger? I need to put it using personalization in a standard form wherein I need to navigate to one field in second block after a field in first block is entered.

I remembered somebody published the code to do so but not able to locate it.
