USING GLOBAL TEMPORARY TABLE IN APEX

Good morning , can anyone help me solve a problem that occurs in the PLS temporary tables APEX 4.2.6 .
The problem is that to populate the temporary table and press F5 (chrome) in the data is not maintained, randomly it appears and disappears. Anyone know how to fix it ?
