Using Gemini (US-Ashburn) with OCI Generative AI in Apex

In Ashburn, there are both Gemini models and Grok models.

I can use the grok models just fine, but when I try to use gemini.. I receive the following error

I'm running Oracle 19.29 on Apex 24.2.11

I tried manually adding the topK parameter within a generationConfig loop in the advanced, but that just errored out.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get this working?

in the meantime, testing with Grok 3 and 4 does work.
