Using eclipse

Hiya, when i view classes in the package explorer in eclipse, the icon is usually a white rectangle woth a filled-blue 'j' in the middle, i have imported someone elses classes into eclispe and the are viewed as a white rectangle with a blue outlined J with a white center, does anyone know what this represents? when i try and run it it says there is no main method but i can clearly see there is one, what ami missing?!
