Using DBMS_DEBUG in Oracle Developer Tools for VS Code

CodeMilitaryMar 29 2024

Hello.
I am enjoying using the Oracle Developer Tools for VS Code tools.
I miss the DEBUG functionality using DBMS_DEBUG, which was supported in my old SQL Developer tool.

I know you don't like that feature, but
This is an environment that requires DEBUG using DBMS_DEBUG.

Is there any other way?

The purpose is to disseminate the official response to our organization.

I don't think (I am sure actually) that this is an database server error, this is application error and this is coming from WebSphere.
According to google search results the main advice is to check connectivity between your client (WebSphere I guess) and database server.
