USING d2kwutil.pll

Hi guys ,

I want to use the d2kwutil.pll & d2kwutil.dll in order to deal with windows enviormnet like printing and scanning files .

can some guid me to where should I do in order to download them ??
and if you have some examples in dealing with scanners it will be fine
